Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-27

Template notice. These terms govern the use of this website only. Engagement-specific terms (scope, fees, deliverables) are set out in a separate written agreement signed before any work begins. Items marked [placeholder] are pending finalisation by counsel.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of bridgefront.co.uk (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Bridgefront LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number [number]), with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is — and is not

The Site provides general information about Bridgefront's services on the UK–Spain corridor and a way to contact us. Nothing on the Site is, or should be relied upon as:

  • Legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
  • An offer or solicitation of any product or service in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.
  • An invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity within the meaning of section 21 of the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.

The Site references that Bridgefront also operates a small number of ventures of its own. We do not raise external capital, do not advertise investment opportunities, and do not act on behalf of investors.

3. Engagements

We do not publish standard pricing. Every engagement is scoped against the work the client actually needs and is documented in a separate engagement letter or master services agreement that prevails over anything on the Site. No contract for services is formed by submitting the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter or booking a discovery call.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's security, availability or integrity.
  • Submit false, misleading or harmful content through any form on the Site.
  • Scrape, copy or republish material from the Site without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, layout, code — is owned by or licensed to Bridgefront LTD. You may view and share short excerpts with attribution. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (e.g. Cal.com, Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services. Use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Site is general in nature and may become out of date.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site is limited to [GBP 100].

9. Privacy

Personal data submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing prevents a consumer resident in another jurisdiction from bringing proceedings in their local courts where required by law.
