Who it's for
- UK, MENA, Southeast Asian or LatAm companies that have decided Spain is the next market and want to move now, not next year.
- Founders and corporates that don't have a country manager yet, and don't want to hire one before knowing the ground is solid.
- Teams who have heard the horror stories — three months stuck on an NIE, a tax adviser who only speaks Spanish, a lease nobody can sign — and want a single partner that owns the whole thing.
What's included
- Vehicle and registration: SL incorporation or branch (sucursal), notary, Mercantile Registry and CIF.
- Tax and Social Security setup: Modelo 036, Hacienda registrations, Seguridad Social as employer, beneficial ownership filings.
- Banking: Spanish corporate account opened with a partner bank, KYC pack prepared in advance.
- First hires: up to 3 hires fully onboarded with contracts, payroll, work permits if needed, employee handbook in Spanish and English.
- First commercial conversations: curated introductions to potential clients, suppliers or partners depending on your sector.
- First signed contract: we push to close at least one local agreement during the sprint.
How it works
- Week 0 — Discovery. A 60-minute working session to scope structure, sector, hiring plan, timeline, and English-law preference.
- Weeks 1–2 — Setup. Vehicle, tax, banking. Daily updates, weekly check-in.
- Weeks 3–4 — Hiring & operations. Hires onboarded, payroll running, office or coworking sorted.
- Weeks 5–6 — Commercial. Introductions, first contract pushed across the line, handover.
- Day 42 — Operating. You walk out with a Spanish operation that runs. We hand over to your team or roll into a Liaison Officer or Compliance retainer.
What it's not
This is not a one-size-fits-all "expansion in a box". Every sprint is scoped to your reality. It is also not a substitute for a Spanish lawyer or notary on regulated matters — when those are needed, we bring our trusted network and coordinate.
Engagement
Engaged through Bridgefront LTD under English-law agreements when that matters to you. Discovery call required — pricing scoped against the actual sprint, not a published rate card.
