What's included
- Monthly bookkeeping — invoices in and out, bank reconciliation, fixed asset register.
- Tax filings — IVA quarterly (Modelo 303/390), Modelo 111/115/123, Modelo 200/202 (Impuesto sobre Sociedades), intra-EU returns (Modelo 349) and Intrastat where applicable.
- Payroll — monthly payroll for the Spanish team, Seguridad Social filings (TC1/TC2), Modelo 111 and end-of-year Modelo 190.
- Statutory accounts — annual accounts deposited at the Mercantile Registry, beneficial ownership filings.
- Cost optimization review — twice a year we look at where you're paying for things you don't need: dormant providers, mis-classified expenses, available R&D credits, regional incentives.
- Single point of contact in English who owns the file and coordinates the Spanish-speaking team.
How it works
- Onboarding (month 1): we pull the files from your current providers, audit what is actually there, flag anything off, and present a clean baseline.
- Operating cadence: monthly close on a fixed calendar. Quarterly tax filings on schedule. Annual accounts coordinated 60 days before the deadline.
- Reporting: monthly P&L and balance sheet in your group's format. Cash position. Open items. Risks flagged.
- Integration with HQ: we work with your group accountant or CFO, not around them.
What it's not
- Not a replacement for a notary, litigation lawyer, or specialist tax counsel on M&A or transfer pricing.
- Not a one-off cleanup engagement. If you need a cleanup before going on retainer, that is a separate scoping.
